Address: The cemetery is located on the former Smith ranch 3 miles SW from Oakalla, Burnet County, Texas, on RR 963 heading toward the town of Watson. In November 2009 this cemetery was closed to the public as the new owner has placed a locked gate across the road leading to the cemetery. Legal actions are pending against the new owner according to a relative of James Smith.
