administrator of Crispin's estate, his brother Elisha Goen, pursuant to court order, filed his account for final settlement of $542.81 and claims credits which are allowed $542.81, and said estate being fully administered, said administrator is discharged from his said trust. It also appears from said settlement that there remains for distribution of $130.31 which upon proof admin. is ordered to be distributed as follows, to Wit: Thomas Goen 1/6 ~ 21.71 (Paid), Matilda Goen 1/6 ~ 21.71 (Paid), James W.
