Marriage	2nd husband: her name spelled Whiteaker; parish register original document in Maryland Historical Society; signed a prenuptial agreement between Elizabeth Whiteacre of Baltimore County, widow, and Francis Taylor of same county, planter, conveying to Francis Taylor for his natural lifetime, then to the heirs of his body and Elizabeth Whiteacre, by the said Francis to be begotten, part of one moiety of a tract of land, lying near under Deer Creek within the County called Elberton.
