"Montgomery County, Kentucky Records Francis Taylor, Widow January 1, 1819, we the undersigned commissioners appointed by the worshipful County court of Montgomery to allot to the widow of Francis Taylor, deceased, her third part of the estate of said descendant have, first being duly sworn, proceded to the business agreeable to order and alloted to her as her third part of the negroes aforesaid, Nelson, a negroe man given from under our hands the date above. Thomas Munday John Todd T. Jameson John Jameson Montgomery County Court January 1819 A report of the commissioners appointed to allot to the widow of Francis Taylor, deceased, her dower in the estate of said descendant was returned to the court, examined and ordered to be recorded, which is accordingly done.
